1. Shipping Regions and Delivery Times
We currently ship within France and to select European destinations. Orders are processed and shipped from our operational base at:

Standard Shipping (France & Europe):
- France: 3–5 business days after order processing.
- European Union: 5–10 business days after order processing.
Express Shipping (Optional):
- Available at checkout for faster delivery (1–3 business days within France, 3–7 days within the EU).
Note: Delivery times begin once your order is processed and shipped, not from the date of purchase. Delays may occur during holidays, peak seasons, or due to carrier disruptions.
2. Order Processing and Shipping Confirmation
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM CET on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available for your shipping method). You can also track your order through your account on our website.
- If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 3 business days, please contact us at crescent@plachtaerik.com with your order number.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address, order weight, and selected shipping method. You can view the exact shipping cost during checkout before payment.
Free Shipping Offer:
- We occasionally offer free standard shipping promotions for orders above a certain value (e.g., within France for orders over €50). Check our website or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
4. Packaging and Product Protection
Our gear is designed for adventure, and we pack it to survive the journey to you:

5. International Shipping (Outside EU)
We are currently expanding our shipping network. For inquiries about shipping to destinations outside the EU, please contact us before placing your order at crescent@plachtaerik.com. Additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
6. Tracking and Delivery Issues
- Tracking: Most shipping methods include tracking. Use the link in your shipping confirmation email to monitor delivery progress.
- Failed or Missed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will typically leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling or pickup.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: While rare, if your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, first check with neighbors or your building’s reception. If the package remains missing, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date, and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
7. Address Accuracy and Changes
- You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address during checkout. Double-check details like street number, postal code, and contact phone number.
- To modify or correct an address after ordering, contact us immediately at crescent@plachtaerik.com or +(33)6 50848491. We can only adjust the address before the order ships. We are not responsible for packages lost or misdelivered due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
8. Returns and Shipping
Our Refund and Returns Policy (effective June 15, 2026) details our exchange and store credit process. Please note:
- Return Shipping Costs: For returns not due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Exchange/Replacement Shipping: For replacements due to our error, we cover the shipping cost of the new item. For standard exchanges, standard shipping fees apply.
- Return Address: Returns must be sent to our office address (16 RUE des Orchidées, 18340 Saint-Just, FRANCE) only after receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us.
