- Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Our Refund and Returns Policy (effective June 15, 2026) applies to all purchases. Key points:
- 30-Day Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery for exchange or store credit only. We do not offer monetary refunds.
- Conditions: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
- Non-Returnable Items: Final sale, used, damaged, or personalized items cannot be returned.
- Defective/Incorrect Items: Contact us within 7 days for a replacement or exchange. Store credit or exchange is the sole remedy; no monetary refunds are issued.
- Process: Email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping returns to our address (16 RUE des Orchidées, 18340 Saint-Just, FRANCE). Customers cover return shipping costs unless the error is ours.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
